Welcome back, explorers, to another Dark Frontiers monthly recap! May has brought significant developments, with Season 1 wrapping up and the begging of Season 2, developer game nights and of course Tokenomics reveal. Let's dive into all the details from the past month, highlighting the key events and updates that have made May an action-packed and memorable period in the Dark Frontiers universe.    

Game Nights

The month of May saw the second-ever Dark Frontiers community game night with the DF team. Participants were able to play and interact with some of the members of the DF team and compete for season 1 prizes! Right after the event, mini game nights were also announced for the community, happening every Friday, at 4 PM UTC.

Season 2 and First Event

Season 1 came to a very successful end, with multiple engaging and unique events to participate in. With dozens of participants, 6 season events, and over 50 prizes awarded, it was safe to say that Season 1 was a resounding success.

After just a small break we returned with Dark Frontiers Season 2 - with the promise to be even bigger than Season 1. In-house and cross-community tournaments, revamped scavenger hunt, more rewards, and more to be revealed in the coming weeks!

The first event has already been announced and live - Scavenger Hunt 2.0.

How to participate

• Search for Hints in our social media posts and announcements. They can be identified by the 🔎 emoji and will lead to where we've hidden Discord commands.  
• These commands start with a "!", can be used in any Discord channel, and will reveal the Code, which looks similar to the ones from S1: #5H7K3  
• Once you find a Code, head to the Hunt Discord channel and share it!  

Rewards  

The first 3 users to send the correct codes will share the rewards below:  

1st: 20 Season Credits
2nd: 10 Season Credits
3rd: 5 Season Credits

Tokenomics

Perhaps the biggest reveal for May was the long awaited Tokenomics and In-Game Economy Reveal. Here the community was finally able to discover the enhanced NFT structure, dual token economy, exciting game features, land ownership, exclusive in-game events, all the different gameplay mechanics and more!
